• When you submit information such as an email address when making an inquiry or joining our CourseFinder service, CoursePal only uses this information to respond to your inquiry or provide you with the requested service.

Information Gathering and Dissemination Practices

CoursePal's registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name or email address.)  We use customer contact information from the registration form to enroll the user in our programs or to send the user requested information.

This site contains links to other sites. CoursePal is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

CoursePal does not share information regarding its users with anyone else. CoursePal has a number of business partners and cobranded sites.  These pages often contain the same look and feel as the CoursePal site, but you are actually on our partners' sites.  None of these cobranded sites request you to send specific information.  These sites may utilize cookies generated by our partners to collect basic statistics about visitors to these cobranded pages.

We sometimes use an outside ad company to display ads on our site.  Ads may contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site, but in reality they are coming from our partners who are serving ads on our site. 
 

Information Stored by CoursePal Learning Systems

CoursePal's user information is stored off site at a third party web hosting provider.  The confidentiality of all information stored is strictly protected under nondisclosure agreement. 
 

Choice/Opt-Out

CoursePal gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

CoursePal takes a number of measures to ensure that your information is not compromised.  We make our employees aware of our security policy and practices through a monthly site privacy and web security review meeting.  If any changes in our privacy policy occur between the monthly meetings, we issue an internal memo indicating the changes.  In addition, access to personal information that we collect is restricted to a small core team who participate in the monthly site privacy meetings.
